This application is a private, invitation-only event management tool used solely to send engagement party invitations and collect RSVPs from personally invited guests. It is not a commercial service and is not open to the public.

Information We Collect

• Guest names, as provided by the event hosts
• Phone numbers, used solely to deliver SMS invitation links
• RSVP responses (attending or not attending) and guest counts
• Optional messages left by guests at the time of RSVP

How We Use This Information

• To send a one-time SMS invitation link to each guest
• To allow guests to view their invitation and submit an RSVP
• To help event hosts track attendance and plan accordingly

SMS messages are sent using Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering personal event invitations. No automated marketing messages are sent.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose any guest information to third parties. Guest names, phone numbers, and RSVP data are used exclusively for this private event and are not used for marketing or any commercial purpose. Phone numbers are shared with Twilio only to the extent necessary to deliver the SMS invitation message.

Data Retention

Guest data is stored only for the duration of the event. It will be deleted after the engagement party has taken place.
